I am sending this mail to advise on Nadine’s excellent service and advise. I was so stressed and tense when I called in last week to explain my ill health and not being able to pay at month end. After I spoke to her, she made me feel calm and reassured. I want to applaud her for professionalism but also for her making me know she would do her utmost to make sure she would assist as best she could. Also for not just treating me as a client but with empathy and understanding. Nowadays good service is rare let alone excellent service. Big ups to you and your excellent team!
